Winter Season: $150.00 + Tax (Season is November 1st through March 31st)
Full Year: $510.00 + Tax
Payments are due during the month of March. You must be paid in Full by April 1 and on a yearly agreement to retain your space. This will not be a lottery like the boat docks.
$40.00 deposit is required per gate opener. Limit two per rented space.

season or year, not by the month. Codes change
