QUESTIONS

ANSWERS

How are you keeping Guests and Staff Safe?

Our cleaning staff is using the cleaning agents recommended by the CDC. We are sanitizing common areas that we can and closing the ones we cannot maintain. We provide soap in the bathrooms for hand washing with signs explaining hand washing protocols. We have hand sanitizer outside the bathroom, by the dumpster/dog park area, & a no-touch hand sanitizer station in the lobby. Masks are required in the buildings and we are observing the current 10pm curfew.

Is CCCR Open?

Currently the office is open, but we are limiting the foot traffic in the store to cut down on any transmission to surfaces in the store. You can however use our free App to order store items or call in an order. You can pay on the App or over the phone. This will cut down on spreading germs from one customer to another. Campers App is the app. Click on our arrow on the map, or type CCCR in the login.

What is the cancellation policy?

Are there any changes due to the virus restrictions?

Normal policy is: You must cancel 2 weeks prior to arrival in order to get a refund on your stay. There is a 10% or $10 processing fee, whichever is greater. We do not give refunds for holidays. If you cancel 7-13 days ahead we will issue a credit for a future stay. Less than 7 days there will be NO refunds, but under certain circumstances we may issue a credit or just do a change of dates. (2 days or less are dependent on circumstances and if we can rebook your site.)

The policy is the same now that we are all aware of the possibility of shutdowns. However, please call us and we may issue a credit when the cancellation is due to closures sent from the Governor's Office. However, we will not be issuing refunds outside of the normal cancellation policy, only credits and you need to make note of the following information.

You have to call us to cancel. If we hold the site and you are a no-show, there will be no credit or refund, no exceptions!

Online booking fees cannot be refunded since they are paid to 3rd party booking engine.

I am Canadian and cannot come due to the new restrictions?

If you call us, we will cancel your reservation and refund your credit card, but we have to keep the processing fee of $10 or 10%, whichever is greater. You also have the option of keeping the full credit for a future stay with no processing fees. Please note, any online booking fees cannot be refunded since they are paid to an outside booking engine.

If I have to shorten my stay will I get a refund?

Yes. If you were able to make it to our park, but have to leave due to travel restrictions or sick family we will issue you a refund for the days you are not staying. Please note, any online booking fees cannot be refunded since they are paid to an outside booking engine.

Will the pool be open?

The pool will be open, just on a limited capacity, so sign ups will be required as well as the use of wristbands for us to keep track of capacity.

What are your hours of operation?

Currently we are open Sunday - Thursday: 9am - 1pm  for our winter hours. If we are asked to close our office, we will still be able to take payments over the phone. The hours may change since calls will have to be forwarded. If we do not answer, leave a voicemail and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Can I still camp if the office is closed?

Our thoughts are, that as long as you can travel, YES, you can still camp. You are in a self contained RV and our campsites are spread out based on health department guidelines, so you should not have a problem camping. You will most likely need a FHU site though because they can order us to shut down the bathrooms if we do not have adequate staff to maintain it.

Can we have a campfire?

As long as you keep the 6 foot separation from other guests, you can most likely have a campfire. There will be no large gatherings of groups based on the guidelines set forth by the governor.

Is there a minimum booking requirement?

We have minimums, but during this crisis, we will try our best to help anyone get off the road that needs to. Please call and we will see what we can do to accommodate you. Our goal is to provide solutions at this time and be as helpful to our guests as we can be.

Can I book online?

Yes! Please click on the BOOK ONLINE tab. Please make sure to read all the booking considerations before booking your reservation online. Certain sites will only be available by calling though.

Will the bathrooms be open?

As of now, they are open on reduced hours 9am - 5pm.

We will not be allowing tent campers or pop-ups without their own bathrooms due to this restriction from the Ohio Department of Health.

Can I rent a cabin?

Cabins are closed for the winter season, but they will return to circulation in the spring!
